Every outage the power utility published for the Daytona Beach area that left 10 or more customers without power, counted once per outage per day. Each outage is reported where it is, so one street's outage is one outage however many times the map refreshes. Other utilities and the electric cooperatives publish nothing we read, so the count leaves their customers out.
