Southwestern Blanco County in south central Texas Northwestern Comal County in south central Texas Eastern Kendall County in south central Texas WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 1055 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Boerne, Canyon Lake, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Kendalia, Guadalupe River State Park, Bergheim, Spring Branch, Twin Sisters, Flugrath, Kreutzberg, Honey Creek State Natural Area, Anhalt, Specht Store and Cascade Caverns. -
