, a man was on the train platform at the Morgan and Lake station, located at 958 W. Lake St., when he fell and was struck by a train, police said. He sustained trauma and bruising and was taken to a local hospital, where he was initially listed in critical condition, police said. Loop-bound Pink Line and 63rd-bound Green Line trains bypassed the station for just over an hour during an emergency response to the incident. As of 4:15 p.m., normal service had resumed but delays remained. No additional information was immediately available.
