Scheduled window: Thu, Nov 26, 12:00 AM to Sat, Nov 28, 11:59 PM ET

Source says

City of Atlanta solid waste is not collected on Thanksgiving Day. Garbage, recycling, and yard waste pickup slides one day for the rest of the week: Thursday routes run Friday, Friday routes run Saturday. Applies to City of Atlanta collection; other cities and private haulers set their own holiday schedules.
