FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING DUE TO WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR NORTH BAY INTERIOR MOUNTAINS .Moderate offshore winds are expected to develop Thursday night into Friday morning over the North Bay Interior Mountains. Conditions will be very dry with very poor overnight humidity recoveries only reaching 14 to 24 percent.
