I-45, I-20 interchange in southern Dallas reopened after shut down

Dallas Police have reopened two interstates in southern Dallas on Thursday. At approximately 9:40 a.m.

, police responded to calls in the area of LBJ Ramp eastbound and Julius Schepps Freeway Northbound. Police activity shut down Interstate 20 and Interstate 45 in both directions near Hutchins for a few hours, causing traffic delays.
