Every outage the power utility published for the Grand Strand that left 10 or more customers without power, counted once per area per day. The power utility reports its outages by town, so one town is one outage however many times the map refreshes. The power utility Cooperative serves most of inland Horry and publishes its own list, which is counted the same way, once per outage. The counts add the power utility's outages together.
