CitySignal aggregates and summarizes information from public and third-party sources (government feeds, utility outage maps, news, and event listings) and matches it to locations you choose. It is an informational service. It is not an emergency alert system: information may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and AI-generated summaries are interpretations, not verified facts. Always follow instructions from the relevant government agency, utility, transit provider, or emergency authority.
You sign in with your email address and are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and only add locations you have a legitimate interest in monitoring.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempting to access other users' data, no using CitySignal to harass or surveil others, and no interfering with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
CitySignal lets members post local updates. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything objectionable: no harassment, hate, threats, abuse, spam, illegal content, or deliberately false reports. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members.
Every post has Report and Block controls. Reported posts are automatically hidden pending review, and we remove content that violates these terms and may suspend or ban the members responsible. Blocking a member hides all of their posts from you. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
CitySignal is an early-stage product provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made or losses incurred based on information shown in CitySignal.
