Northeastern Hood County in north central Texas South Central Parker County in north central Texas WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 631 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Overflowing poor drainage will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the last 3 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Granbury, Oak Trail Shores, Horseshoe Bend, Tolar, Stockton Bend, Waples, Mambrino and Lake Granbury.
