IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 108 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding, including parts of the Raleigh metro area. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Raleigh, Smithfield, Oxford, Creedmoor, Louisburg, Wake Forest, Garner, Clayton, Zebulon, Angier, Franklinton, Kittrell, Bunn, Knightdale, Selma, Wendell and Rolesville. -
