Chicago election referendum results: Millionaires tax, festival space & more

Source says

Chicago voters were met with several referendum questions on their midterm election ballot. Notably, all voters were asked an advisory question on whether the state should adopt the Millionaire Amendment, which would add a 3% income tax surcharge on millionaires and use 50% of the revenue to provide property tax relief and 50% to improve state funding for public education.

Chicago voters were also asked three advisory questions, including whether the city should reintroduce the use of gunshot detection technology, whether the city should develop a permanent festival space to use in place of Grant Park and Douglass Park, and if the city should try to recover financial losses incurred during Operation Midway Blitz, an immigration enforcement operation undertaken by the Trump administration. Voters also were asked if owners of long-term vacant or undeveloped property should pay an additional fee to support CPS.
